1st Step Resourcing, Inc are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with a stable background to join our client who is a general contractor in the New York area. They are growing and currently have numerous projects across the tri state area. They are looking for 3 Superintendents to join various sites and drive the workforce.
Must have over 10 years' construction experience
Strong interior renovations knowledge
Experience with retail, offices, design build, commercial build and corporate build outs
DOB License is a benefit but not essential
Strong experience in managing multiple teams, clients and contractors
