Are you a Superintendent in the New York area and looking for your next challenge? If so, read along. We are working with a large and recognised General Contractor in the New York area on this position. They work on multiple projects within the 5 Boroughs and are looking to expand their team.
The Superintendent will have over 10 years' industry knowledge
Strong knowledge in high rises and ground up projects
Over 10 years' industry knowledge in construction
Being Licensed is an attribute but not essential
Must have all site required certifications like OSHA 10
Should be familiar with supervising projects from $10million to $50 million
