1st Step Resourcing, Inc are currently working with a General Contractor in the New Jersey area. We are looking for 2 Superintendents to join their management team. Our client is very well known in the market as a leader in projects within the interiors, retail, commercial and design build sectors. The projects normally range between $15,000,000 to $25,000,000.

The Superintendent
Must have over 7 years' construction experience
Strong management skills
Must have experience working well with site staff and Project Managers
Must be client facing experienced
DOB Licensed is a benefit but not essential
