Position: Interior Project Manager
Location: JFK Airport
1st Step is now working with one of the largest Construction Management Companies in the NYC area. They provides construction management services for both public and private sector clients on a broad variety of projects. Their core project expertise includes schools, hospitals, transit facilities, airports, parking structures, sports, commercial and industrial facilities. Their expertise is coupled with a thorough understanding of the means and methods by which infrastructure is delivered and the relevant construction processes. Knowledge is the key to protecting the interests of their clients, and their track record of success speaks for itself.
There they typically break a project down into four phases: programming, design, bidding and construction. They provide value added services to their clients through each phase of a project including the following:
Interior Project Management
1. Minimum 8 years of experience
2. Industry Degree preferred - Engineering, Construction, Architectural
3. Manage the renovation of an office building 2nd and 3rd floor, including utility renovations, cafeteria and offices.
4. Knowledge of E-builder, Procore, other project management software apps
