We are currently working with a large general contractor in the New York area and looking for 2 experienced Administrative Assistants or Executive Assistants to join their team. This is a contractor specialising in high end ground up and developments across the Manhattan area. They have offices a ross the USA and looking to expand further in the New York area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the industry.
The Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Processing check requests and wire transfers
Updating the budget tracker in Excel
Processing monthly credit card reconciliations
Setting up conference calls
Proofreading various communications materials for grammar
Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
Polished and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
Strong interpersonal skills
